IRGL Creative, a dynamic and innovative creative agency, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development/Lead Generation Manager to join our growing team. This is a fully remote position that offers the opportunity to work from anywhere and be a part of a creative agency based in Dubai, that provides a full range of design, branding, and digital marketing solutions to clients across the globe.


Responsibilities:


  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential creative agency clients.
  • Reach out to potential clients through a variety of channels, such as email, phone, and social media.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospects and clients, through regular communication and follow-up.
  • Qualify leads and determine their fit with the creative services offered by IRGL Creative.
  • Collaborate with directors and other team members to develop and implement effective lead generation strategies.
  • Keep accurate records of all lead generation and business development activities, including contact information, communications, and results using CRM database (training will be given).
  • Prepare and deliver pitches and proposals to potential clients to promote the creative services offered by IRGL Creative.
  • Assist with scheduling, organising and managing appointments, travel arrangements and other administration tasks as assigned.
  • Manage email and phone communications in a professional and timely manner.
  • Coordinate with vendors and clients as necessary.


Requirements:


  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Familiarity with Airtable software (not essential but preferred).
  • Experience in lead generation, business, marketing, social media strategy or a related field is preferred.
